• Account Information: Name, email address, and role within the organization, provided during account creation by an administrator.
• Usage Data: Actions performed within the system (stock transfers, requisitions, report generation) for audit trail purposes.
• Google Account Data: When a game zone connects a Gmail account via Google OAuth, we access the Gmail inbox (read-only) solely to fetch automated reports from game machines. We store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain this connection.

• To authenticate users and manage access control across game zones and departments.
• To track inventory movements, generate daily operational reports, and maintain audit logs.
• To read game metric emails from connected Gmail accounts for automated report generation.

4. Google API Services - Limited Use Disclosure

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only request the minimum Gmail scopes necessary (gmail.readonly) to fetch automated game metric reports.
• Gmail data is used exclusively for generating internal operational reports and is not shared with third parties.
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are only used to maintain the authorized Gmail connection.
• Users can disconnect their Gmail account at any time from the game zone settings, which revokes access and deletes stored tokens.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted token storage, secure HTTPS connections, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Data Retention

Account data and audit logs are retained for the duration of your employment or association with FunBlast. Upon account deactivation, personal data is anonymized or deleted within 90 days. Gmail credentials are deleted immediately when a game zone disconnects its Gmail account.
